Terms of Service

Payment

- I charge a 5.6% fee on all commissions and adopts due to P@y/Pal tax.

- I require full payment upfront before beginning a commission. If you are unable to pay the invoice within 48 hours, please do not purchase a commission from me.
- After I have confirmed a commission with the client I will send an invoice. I move around in my queue and work on more than one piece at a time so I require payment upfront.
- Payment will only be accepted in USD through P@y/Pal.
- No Echecks.VR commissions: Half upfront, second half once model has reached 25% completion. Model files and package will not be given out unless full payment has been recieved.

Commissions

YOU MUST BE 18+ TO COMMISSION ME

- Hourly rate: $32.00
- You MUST be 18+ years to order NSFW from me. If I find the buyer is underage I will block them and not allow them further commissions. My content here is for adults only.
- Sometimes commissions may take 2-3 weeks or over a month depending upon my outside work and projects. I greatly appreciate patience.
- Once the WIP sketch is approved, I will not make large edits to the scene/ character afterwards. I will correct errors though, if I missed something.
- Characters with: complex patterns, outfits, extra limbs, and other detailed features, may have an additional cost. (This also applies to YCH)
- Make sure you are familiar with my art style before commissioning me.
- Once your commission is completed, you are allowed to re-upload it anywhere you like as long as I am credited.
- Commissioners must provide characters that belong to them. I will not work with stolen or copied designs. I will not allow further commissions from the client if this happens.
- Prices on commissions can fluctuate.
- My commission artwork will not be used for commercial purposes. Including sites such as Redbubble, Society6, PAOM, and other sites of this nature. I also request those who wish to use commission images as shirt designs or on other mediums to first contact me before using my artwork.
- When my work is uploaded I display full credit and information. If you would like to remain anonymous please let me know and I would be happy to list you as that if you would like.
- Please do not haggle with displayed prices.
- Please do not trace or heavily reference my images.
- I reserve the right to deny commissions if there is a subject matter or content that I feel uncomfortable working with. This information can be found on the "Do's and Dont's" tab.

Alterations

- I allow up to 3 free edits of WIP sketches or coloration edits. I will only edit final pieces if I have perceived a given description incorrectly/made a personal error.
- Once I have begun lining an image the commissioner cannot change the character or content of the image.
- Alterations are changes to an image after I have already sketched out poses or a scene. Example: Changes to a pose after I have finished lining an image and received approval previously. (Deciding you want something different that wasn't mentioned in the beginning.)

Refunds

- I offer refunds If I am unable to finish a piece or If I'm unable to make further changes to the piece to the client's requests in order to finish it.
- At times when I am having health issues, I may issue refunds to clients if I feel I cannot complete their piece.
- If the commission is half completed as in past the sketching phase or I've done colorwork, I will offer a 50% back refund since I have put work/time into the piece. If the piece is at the beginning sketch phases and the client is unhappy, I will offer a full refund.
- I will not offer refunds if I have completed the piece.

What I WILL draw:

- (Pretty much any species) Furries, robots, monsters, aliens, etc. (Humans are not my specialty but I will draw them)
- All body types
- Candy gore/ blood/ gore
- Maw/ teeth play

- Vore- I'll also draw other things not mentioned on here. If you have questions about what NSFW things I will draw, just ask!

What I will NOT draw:

- Hate art
- Incest
- Zoophilia or bestiality
- Cub/ shota/ lolicon/ underage characters
- Characters labeled with transphobic / intersexist slurs: h*rm, cb0y, shem@le, fut@, etc. (I will block for the use of these)
- Non-consensual situations
- Pregnancy-related fetishes
- AB/DL (Characters in diapers, etc.)

• Once purchased, you can do as you like with the adopt. Edits to the design are permitted as long as it isn't altered beyond recognition of the original adopt. If so please make note on character page or elsewhere.• No use of slurs or promotion of hate with designs.• Designs are for personal use only, they cannot be used for commercial purposes.• Designs cannot be turned into a "closed species" to sell duplicates of.• Crediting is required, do not remove my watermark from the work.
